BALDUR Real Estate is a US-based marketplace platform launched to make finding a home across major American markets easier and more transparent. We started with Miami — one of the most active and complex real estate markets in the country — and are expanding to additional cities. We are not a real estate brokerage. We are a marketing platform that connects consumers with licensed third-party real estate brokers and agents.
How we make money
Our partner brokers pay us a referral fee only when a lead we send becomes an actual transaction. We never charge buyers or renters anything, and the referral fee paid by the broker comes out of their commission — it does not get added to your rent or purchase price. This model lines up our incentives with yours: we only get paid when you actually find a home.

The company behind BALDUR
BALDUR Real Estate is operated by Hayes Projects, a Florida-based venture studio and software lab. Hayes Projects designs, builds and operates digital systems for companies across the United States, Latin America and Spain, and launches its own technology ventures at the intersection of product, design and applied AI.
BALDUR is one of those ventures — built and operated in-house by the Hayes Projects team. That means the product, the data pipeline, and the consumer experience all live under one roof: no third-party lead resellers, no outsourced moderation, and no opaque adtech middlemen between you and your agent.
Why "BALDUR"?
The name comes from Baldr, the Old Norse god of light, beauty, and clarity. We picked it because finding a home should feel luminous — never opaque, never adversarial, never something you have to survive.
